Several weeks later, the family gathered again—this time in a courtroom rather than a mansion.
The hearing focused on evidence, not accusations.
Witnesses testified under oath.
Phone records, security logs, and documented communications established a pattern of intimidation.
Victor's attorney argued that emotions had simply gotten out of control during a stressful evening.
The judge disagreed.
"The law does not excuse threatening behavior inside a family," he said.
Temporary protective orders were made permanent.
Olivia was granted exclusive access to the marital residence until the civil proceedings concluded, and Victor was ordered to have no contact except through attorneys regarding financial matters.
As the hearing ended, Victor looked toward Olivia.
