PART 3: THE SECRET RECORDING

Three days later, Victoria woke up in the hospital.

The entire country was talking about the woman who had returned from her own funeral.

Police questioned her immediately.

Victoria revealed the truth.

She had not died from a heart attack as everyone believed.

Someone had poisoned her.

The poison slowed her heartbeat so much that she appeared dead.

Doctors at a private clinic had declared her deceased.

But Victoria remembered something important.

The night before she collapsed, she had secretly activated a voice recorder on her phone after overhearing Richard arguing with someone.

Police searched the mansion.

Hidden inside a locked drawer, they found the phone.

The recording shocked everyone.

Richard's voice was crystal clear.

"Once she's buried, everything belongs to us."

Another voice answered.

A woman.

Richard's mistress.

"We'll be rich by the end of the week."

The evidence was undeniable.

Police arrested both of them the same day.

But one mystery remained.

Why had the maid suspected Victoria was alive?

The answer made everyone cry.

The maid, Maria, had worked for Victoria for fifteen years.

When she approached the coffin to say goodbye, she noticed something nobody else saw.

A single tear rolling from Victoria's eye.

Everyone assumed it was their imagination.

Everyone except Maria.

And that tear saved a life.
